Notice is hereby given to the members of
the ‘Karnataka I.A. & A.D Pensioners’ Association’ that the Ninth Annual
General Body Meeting of the
Association will be held on Saturday the 14 September 2019 at 10 AM at
Rangamandira/AGORC Hall O/o The Accountant
General (A&E) (Main Building) to transact the following
Agenda. All the members are requested to
attend the meeting.
AGENDA:
1.
Confirmation of Minutes
of the Eighth Annual General Body Meeting held on 8 September 2018;
2.
Consideration &
Approval of the Secretary’s Report & Audited Accounts for the year 2018-19;
3.
Honouring of Members
who have completed/completing 80 years as on 31-12-2019;
4.
Resolutions if any;
5.
Any other subject with
the permission of the chair.

The GB will be
