Notice
is hereby given to the members of the ‘Karnataka I.A. & A.D Pensioners’
Association’ that the Eighth Annual General Body Meeting of the Association will be held on Saturday
the 8 September 2018 at 10 AM at Rangamandira/AGORC Hall O/o The Pr.
Accountant General (A&E) (Main
Building) to transact the following Agenda.
All the members are requested to attend the meeting.
AGENDA:
1. Confirmation of
Minutes of the Seventh Annual General Body Meeting held on 15 July 2017;
2. Consideration &
Approval of the Secretary’s Report & Audited Accounts for the year 2017-18;
3. Honouring of Members
who have completed/completing 80 years as on 31-12-2018;
4. Election of members to
Executive Committee for the years 2018-19 & 2019-20;
5. Nomination of Auditor
for the years 2018-19 & 2019-20;
6. Resolutions if any;
7. Any other subject with
the permission of the chair.

Note:
1) Rules of election as
per the Association Rules & Regulations:
“Rule
10. Elections
a.
Elections
to the Executive Committee and for the post of Auditor shall be held once in
two years. Nominations for election to
the committee shall be called in advance
b.
Calendar
of events shall be furnished along with the notice for the general body
meeting.
c.
The
Secretary on behalf of the Executive Committee shall be responsible for making
arrangements for elections including receipt, scrutiny of nominations and
publication of final list of eligible candidates after withdrawal. If
sufficient number of nominations are not received the nominations will be
called for in the general body meeting “

The
GB will be conducted by a presidium comprising President Shri H.V. Manjunath
and Vice Presidents Shri S.Venkateshiah and Shri M. Ganesh Rao;
3)
The
Calendar of Events for the Election will be notified separately;
4)
An
Open Session as a part of meeting will be held at 11.30 AM;
5)
Working
lunch arranged.
